Well, not really. Until we invented it ! As their name suggests, The Ceremonists is an agency that creates and conducts…ceremonies. Weddings, civil partnerships and all kinds of secular commitments are our specialities. Based in Lille, we work throughout France, Belgium, and anywhere else in the WORLD!
It’s a ceremony that is different from both the religious and the civil ceremony (at the Town Hall). But let’s be honest…spending 15 minutes listening to legal texts and signing a piece of paper can feel a bit frustrating, right? Expressing your love, taking part in meaningful rituals, involving your loved ones and sharing your happiness, that’s all we want!
You’re not a believer? You’re a believer but can’t or don’t want to have a religious wedding for various reasons (different religions, same-sex couple, second marriage, etc.)? But above all, you are free-minded and want to do things exactly your own way? Then the secular ceremony is made for you!
Together, we will design the ceremony of your dreams. Programming, speeches, rituals, musics…for an unforgettable moment. We will guide you with ideas and suggestions but you will remain the sole decision-makers!
The writing of your vows, advising and helping your speakers, contacting the other professionals involved, lending or purchasing accessories : we will be here to support you! Our goal: to get rid of your stress once and for all!
Setting up our equipment, coordinating with everyone (venue, DJ, florist), welcoming your guests, and of course…hosting the ceremony! And when it’s over…we clear out.
